We want to provide you with the best service available and at the same time, guarantee the service you receive in writing.

To accomplish this goal, we have two service agreements, one specifically for forensic analysis and the other for basic data recovery.   These documents are designed to protect both you and RectorNet while insuring the service rendered is the service agreed upon.

Both documents allow for the collection of a retainer fee, but this is most often not applicable and waved for basic data recovery.  For forensic analysis work, RectorNet does require a minimum retainer fee of $1,500 (10 hours @ $150 per hour pre-paid).  Whenever it is apparent that RectorNet will be contracted to engaged in larger jobs requiring an extensive amount of time to complete and/or will most likely accrue incidental expenses such as travel or special equipment the retainer fee may be increased accordingly.
